SECTION 01

Operator and scope

These purchase terms apply to orders from arekvora.com, operated as Arekvora™ by Guangzhou Lijuan Network Technology Co., Ltd. “We” and “our” refer to that operator; “you” refers to the customer placing or receiving an order.

The terms work together with the Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Payment & Security information, and Privacy Policy. Mandatory rights take precedence over any conflicting provision.

SECTION 02

Who may order

You must have the legal capacity to enter the purchase contract and be authorized to use the payment method supplied. If you are under the applicable age of capacity, a parent or guardian must be appropriately involved.

Supply truthful billing, contact, and delivery details. Account access alone does not authorize a purchase using another person's identity or payment information.

SECTION 03

Order acknowledgement and acceptance

Checkout acknowledgement confirms receipt of a request. We may still need to verify payment, availability, address information, quantity, or a suspected transaction issue before fulfillment.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and address any payment received through an appropriate cancellation or refund. We will not substitute a materially different product without the required agreement.

SECTION 04

Descriptions and selected options

Review the exact product, option, quantity, included accessories, dimensions, and requirements. Images can illustrate a product in use and may show accessories not included in every package; the listed contents identify the offer.

We aim to keep information accurate and may correct errors. A minor visual variation does not excuse a material discrepancy. If an error affects an order, we will explain it and provide the choices required by applicable law.

SECTION 05

Price, tax, and payment

The currency and checkout total identify the amount requested for the selected goods, delivery, applicable taxes, and recognized discounts. Prices are in USD unless otherwise identified.

Payment must be authorized before fulfillment. Your financial institution may impose separate conversion or international-transaction charges. Review its rules if those charges affect your decision.

SECTION 06

Shipping and fulfillment

Normal preparation is 2–4 business days, with up to 5 business days during peak periods. Standard U.S. transit is estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch. The Shipping Policy provides the full conditions.

Multiple stock locations and separate parcels may be used. Estimates do not waive required delay notices, consent, cancellation, or refund obligations. Do not assume dispatch alone eliminates our responsibility for delivery.

SECTION 07

Delivery information and import requirements

Provide an address supported by the offered shipping service and notify us immediately of errors. Address corrections may no longer be possible once fulfillment begins.

Where an international destination is offered, review the checkout information about taxes and import charges. Additional charges may apply where law permits and they are not included. No unsupported destination or service is promised by these terms.

SECTION 08

Preference returns and refunds

A qualifying preference-return request must be made within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Authorization, condition, packaging, and cost rules are described in the Return & Refund Policy.

Approved returns have no restocking fee. Eligible refunds are normally initiated within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection, subject to shorter mandatory deadlines. Payment-provider posting time is additional.

SECTION 09

Problems with an order

Report a damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially misdescribed item promptly, preferably within 7 calendar days. Give the order reference and relevant evidence obtained safely.

For a confirmed issue attributable to us, an appropriate remedy will address the problem without additional costs caused by our error. Stop using an unsafe product. This preferred reporting period does not remove statutory or applicable warranty rights.

SECTION 10

Changes and cancellation

Contact support immediately when you need a change or cancellation. We will attempt to help before fulfillment, but cannot guarantee changes after processing, packing, or dispatch.

A successful cancellation before fulfillment has no cancellation fee. Separate legal cancellation and refund remedies continue to apply even if an operational change is no longer possible.

SECTION 11

Offers and promotional codes

A promotion applies according to its displayed eligibility, dates, stock, products, value, and usage conditions. Confirm the deduction before paying.

Unless stated otherwise, codes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be assumed combinable. A promotional price alone does not remove the return rights applicable to the item.

SECTION 12

Outdoor product use and safety

Follow the product instructions for assembly, charging, voltage, cables, ventilation, temperature, moisture, placement, and operation where applicable. Do not use damaged batteries or wiring, obstruct cooling, or open a powered product where doing so is unsafe. Keep small parts and batteries away from children.

Exercise care with tents, lighting, powered accessories, and other equipment used outdoors. Product marketing does not replace the instructions or establish an unlisted safety certification. Obtain qualified assistance when installation or repair requires it.

SECTION 13

Connected features, recording, and location

If a product or related service offers AI-generated information, transcription, summaries, or translation, that output may contain errors. Verify important output; it is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, or other professional advice.

Recording, camera use, and location tracking, where available, must respect applicable law and other people's rights. Obtain necessary permissions. Companion apps, connectivity, updates, subscriptions, and third-party accounts may have separate requirements disclosed for the applicable product or service.

SECTION 14

Bulk orders and representation

Contact us before a large wholesale or resale request so we can review stock, handling, and any separate terms. Retail availability is not a promise of unlimited supply.

Buying goods does not authorize you to represent yourself as an official Arekvora distributor, agent, or partner. Such a relationship requires a separate agreement.

SECTION 15

Ownership of protected content

Brand assets, original text, photography, graphics, and other protected materials belong to their respective rights holders. A purchase transfers the purchased goods subject to applicable terms, not ownership of website intellectual property.

Use of protected material beyond permissions granted or exceptions in law requires authorization. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 16

Reviews and submissions

Submit only material you are entitled to share and make reviews honest and relevant. Do not expose confidential information or infringe another person's rights.

For material submitted for publication, you grant non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, reproduce, format, and display it for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable law and privacy rights. We may moderate unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or irrelevant submissions.

SECTION 17

Misuse of the store

Fraud, unauthorized payment use, malicious software, security interference, unauthorized access, unlawful data collection, and rights infringement are prohibited.

We may take proportionate and lawful action, including reviewing or canceling affected transactions or restricting abusive access. Such action does not remove obligations concerning payments already collected or rights the law protects.

SECTION 18

External providers and disruption

Shopify and independent providers support checkout, payment, fulfillment, delivery, and other functions. A provider may have separate terms for its own service.

Events such as transport disruption, severe weather, infrastructure failure, or governmental restrictions may affect performance. We will address the consequences under the relevant policy and applicable law; an external event does not automatically erase refund or notice obligations.

SECTION 19

Warranties and responsibility

Express product warranties apply as stated for the product, and mandatory warranties and consumer remedies remain available. No blanket warranty period or guaranteed suitability for every purpose is created here.

Where law allows, liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses may be limited. No provision excludes liability, a warranty, or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

SECTION 20

Law and dispute resolution

The transaction remains subject to applicable law and non-waivable protections associated with it. These terms do not impose a forum or procedure that removes such a right.

Contact support with the order reference, relevant facts, and requested resolution so we can investigate. If direct discussion does not resolve the concern, the parties retain their lawful remedies.

SECTION 21

Severability and waiver

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. The affected provision is limited only as necessary under the applicable legal requirement.

A delay in enforcement or assistance with a particular case does not automatically waive a term for later transactions.

SECTION 22

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for changes in products, operations, services, or legal requirements. The displayed update date identifies the current version.

The terms applicable to an order when placed generally govern that purchase unless law requires otherwise. A later revision does not retroactively remove protected rights. Retain your order confirmation and relevant policy records.

Nothing in these pages limits consumer, warranty, privacy, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
